Mazuma Capital focuses on both public and private companies ranging from $10MM to $5B+ in annual sales.  Mazuma Capital also has the capability to successfully underwrite “story credits” and under the right circumstances, companies who have recently emerged from Chapter 11 proceedings.  Mazuma Capital targets transactions with equipment costs ranging from $100K to $20MM.

• Debt Service Coverage not less than 1.25: 1
• $3MM to $5B+ in shareholders equity
• Audited, Reviewed or Compiled Financial Statements
• In good standing
• Good payment history

*All lease transactions must ultimately be approved by the Mazuma Capital Finance Committee.
